Nicholas Trounce supported a Swiss machine manufacturer with the SAP S/4HANA implementation in the UK and the USA. The branches are mainly responsible for servicing the machines. This includes spare parts processing, field service and service contracts with the new service solution in SAP S/4HANA

With on-site support, errors can be rectified at an early stage and support tasks can be completed. The users appreciate the direct contact with Nicholas and his comprehensive SAP S/4HANA knowledge. The two SAP S/4HANA rollouts were completed successfully. The hypercare phase can be completed as planned at the end of April.
